Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-demand periods or presale campaigns, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days for U.S. orders.
International shipping may take 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs process.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
